Default New C7 owner

After years of being a c5 owner, just picked up my first c7.

I've got a lot of homework to do. Looking forward to learning about these great cars!

You are going to love it over the c5. Plus like you have said a lot to learn on this car. The c5 is nothing to the c7 on stuff you can do are you.

Default From an ex Jersey Boy myself.....

you're gonna love the differences; though I remember my 2002 black C5 very, very fondly, my C7 takes that which I loved in my C5 and adds a level of handling that makes the car feel like it shrinks around you the faster you go....there's so much more but that's the joy(s) of what lays ahead, BRACE YOURSELF..............

I've had the c5 6 and 7. Just drove a c5 a few weeks ago for the first time in 7 years and it wasn't at all the car I remembered. With every generation the car gets better, faster, and more beautiful. You are going to love your c7. After getting used to it your old c5 is going to feel like a very slow antique. Enjoy your new car!

Congrats on your new purchase. I traded in my C5 for my new C7, also. You are going to be absolutely amazed at the huge difference in the ride. Welcome to the C7 club and hope you have many hours of a fun driving experience. This forum will be extremely helpful. I learn something new almost every day.

I too went from a 2000 C5 to 2016 Z06, you cannot imagine the rude awakening I had, wow what a car, enjoy, there is nothing like the C7, it is hard to believe that some day there will be a even better Vette than the C7.
