Is the heads up display an separate option or is it part of a group such as 3LT?

I believe it come on the 2LT and higher option packages.

The HUD is not a stand-alone option. It's part of the 2LT and 3LT packages, and standard on all Z06s.

Both of the above are correct. I'll add that HUD is not available with 1LT on Stingrays and Grand Sports.
