I wanted to find out how many Shark Gray Z51 Coupes with adrenaline red interiors were produced. It's for a reason, I certainly know I do not have a rare car

No way to do that. You can find how many Shark Gray Z51s built and how many adrenaline red interiors but not the combination of the two.

No, Chevy breaks down individual colors and options but does not get into combinations.

Only way to find that information, is to peek in every garage and count the number of Corvette that you see with those options/color/model, etc.

You can look at final production numbers by year, e.g. see this link for the 2016 model year:

From there you would have to extrapolate using your own combination of all options to see where your car stands but it would still be only an approximation of uniqueness for the reasons other have stated- the data is not available more discretely. For example, you can't answer your question based on data for MY2016 that shows 3295 Base and Z51 Shark Gray Vettes were built out of the total of 12,737 Z51s built.

in 2015 the total shark gray with adrenaline red int was 634. Obviously not all of them are Z51, but at least you have a max #...

6.7% of the 40,000+ corvettes are yellow. 312 (less than 1%) have the jake stinger. I'm both satisfied with the awesome look and that I won't see many like mine around. I live in a City of 60,000 and I don't believe there is another yellow C7 in town.
