Tried doing a search, but not too computer savy so I did not find anything useful, so I'll ask the question.
Has anyone used Firestone Firehawks on ther C7. I like driving through the winter so I am looking for AS run flats and came across these at a reasonable price. No track racing or hot rodding for this baby boomer, just leisure driving and highway when going on trips.

Last time I looked they didn't make these in Z51 sizes - did that change? Used to love them on my C6, great for the price.
How difficult is this really? I quick 20 second search yielded me:
I'm curious - what did you try and how did that fail?
I didn't try, I just asked a question. But since you brought it up I looked up 245/25/19 and 285/30/20 in Firestone RFTs and guess what? They don't make them. So how difficult was that?

I did not say I was looking for the tires, I was looking for peoples experience. I guess english is a second language. Likewise I did not say I had a Z51. Sorry for that oversight. They do make them for the non Z51.

So you are saying I don't comprehend English? Thanks for the kind words!

How can anyone have experience with a tire that is not made? They don't make them for the C7. And I am the one that does not understand English.

If an apology is required, I will apologize, however, my local STS dealership had the tires in stock. My 2014 is non Z51. Since they were significantly less money than the Michelin, I was thinking of saving a few dollars.
Apologies if I offended anyone. As far as I know they don't make the run-flat Firestone Wide Ovals for any C7 Stingray Z51 or non-Z51. But I have been wrong before so I would like to know if you do find them! It would be great if they started making them to fit our cars!
Had them on my C6 LOVED them, then got some Hankook Venus V12's and LOVED them even more!! Both are great tires though. Only had the stock Michelin's on my C7.
To put an end to this discussion, I just called Firestone directly and they confirmed that an AS for the C7 is not being produced by them. STS/Mavis website is incorrect. Sorry for all the confusion but hopefully all is forgiven.

Well, this was exciting, huh? Some members need to REALLY lay off the coffee.
Just to clear up some confusion, the Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval RFT is NOT an all season tire. Firestone DOES make the tire for a base suspension C7 (same size tires as a C6). I can't help you on C7/Firestone experience, I did put a set on one of my C6's and remember thinking that the FS was vastly superior to the standard GY's. I can't imagine they (FS) are as good as the Michelin PSS, but they are a good deal cheaper and have a slightly better treadwear rating (320 verses 300)
I have the Wide Ovals on my c7 non runflats and the car runs fine with them, priced them on the Firestone web site and got the 3 for the price of four deal. Spent $758 out the door. Be sure to print out the price quote before going to your Firestone store- this move saved me $100 alone.
