It has been a little over 2 weeks since taking delivery of my new Stingray Convertible. I decided to make a few modifications to what I felt the car was lacking. The first thing was the standard exhaust. (way too quiet) I added a Borla ATAK Axleback. The sound is great! The second thing was adding the Z51 sway bars. Much tighter feel in the steering and can feel the handling is so much sharper, especially in touring mode. I also added the Z06 Stage 1 Splitter and the GM front and rear mudguards. All complete in my book and took her for a little ride today with the top down. 67 degrees here today in Western NY. Time to vote now!

Your Convertible looks great! I am a bit partial to your color for some reason. ENJOY IT

whats does the borla cost? Does it void warranty? I also want some sound and was thinking corsa pipes only. I have 1100 miles on my LT1. I sent 145 today on the hiway lol.
Looks great! Where did you pick it up from? How was the install?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/321741358298?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITThanks. It was an easy install. Uses 12 existing fasteners then I drilled 10 1/4" holes and used 1/4" plastic rivets in place of the metal rivets that come with the splitter. Bought it on Ebay. You may find one even cheaper.

The Axleback does not void any warranties. The Borla ATAK axleback for my NON NPP exhaust was $1255 which included shipping.

Can't go wrong doing the sway bars on the base...I did that within 2 months. Looks like you ordered the Z51 spoiler as well - as did I.
My next move is the ZO6 grille and brake ducts.
Can you ballpark the cost - parts and labor - of the exhaust for us?
Does the mfg. tout a hp increase or just noise increase?
