My guess is that you have your gauge cluster set to stay on "Sport" all the time rather than to change with the driving mode. If that's the case, your gauges will look the same regardless of which driving mode you're in. When you turn the driving mode dial does the mode indicator on the bottom center of your gauge cluster change from "S" to "T"?
