Those streaks are located at the ends of the slots. Dust and debris can build up in the slots and do that. I have seen that happen on high dollar aftermarket brakes. I wouldn't worry about it. Basically a big ho hum. If you go to the dealer they may try and satisfy you but it is really a big waste of your and their time. It doesn't matter that other cars don't do it because it can happen with any car that has sloted or drilled rotors (yes, I have seen it on drilled rotors as well).

I always get that on my drilled or slotted motorcyclist brakes but not on my non slotted base Stingray rotors.
