A great Service Dept experience
My last service dept experience was just terrible. Paul Conte Chevrolet on Long Island NY deserves to go out of business. Anyway that's already been discussed. Today I had my corvette serviced at Sunrise Chevrolet in Queens NY. They might not be the biggest or nicest looking dealer I've ever been to but the level of customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! I was greated with respect and professionalism. The service manager and writer quickly introduced themselves like gentlemen and addressed all of my concerns. I suffer from migraines on occasion, and today I started to get one just as I pulled into the dealership. Before I knew it the service manager Phil was there with Advil and a glass of water. Both myself and my vehicle were treated with the utmost respect. If your a New Yorker make sure to give this dealership a shot! Sunrise Chevrolet A+ service dept and customer care.
