Hope this hasn't been beat to death.. I'm a corvette newbie.. so the off the shelf wheels I see for sale only come in 11" rears. For a 20x11 rim,how wide can you go on the tire? I'm not balling enough to buy a 8k set of wheels and tires. Would like to do a 315 because the car doesn't hook up very well,2016 Base corvette with z51 appearance package.

Great choices for aftermarket wheels abound. Keep in mind own a Base C7 with the Z51 Appearance package so you are probably limited to 19" & 20" wheels.

These are XO Luxury wheels-the style is called Verona. XO is a Vendor here.
These are one inch wider than OEM wheels (Z51). I use OEM size tires though. As a matter of fact, I just replaced my OEM rubber today with OEM sized Continental Extreme Contact DW 06 tires (not shown).

The XO Verona looks awesome. I went with HRE due to the weight, but I think it looks awesome. I just changed my tires to non-runflat. The front is OEM size 245, but the back i went a little wider at 295, which turned out perfectly for the rear. My HRE rims are also 1" wider than OEM z51.

^^^ Yes, I just got a set of Continental Extreme Contact DW 06 tires for the Stingray. I stayed with the OEM size because I love the stretch look-it's very aggressive! Remember these XO Luxury wheels are one inch wider at all 4 corners.
