I don't use them...never had a problem with 3+ months storage...just overfill the tires a bit before you store.

Bought 1.5" thick 2'x2' Styrofoam panels at Lowe's... based on advice received on the forum.
When my baby woke up last spring, you could see the indents (about 1/4"deep), but the tires nearly stayed at the 32 psi that was also recommended on the site.

Flatstoppers = Waste of Money. Unnecessary.

All I've ever used is a piece of old carpet under each tire. No flat spots at all.

Pump mine up to 40 lbs and put a couple layers of cardboard beneath them. Been doing that for years, on many cars including two Corvettes, with zero issues.

Kind of a waste of money. Any flat spotting rounds out after about 1/4 mile of driving.

If your still considering Flatstoppers I have the 14" model for $254 less $25 instant rebate less 10% = 206.10 less factory rebate = $181.10.

benefit of the flatstoppers is questionable in my mind. They are grossly over-priced......

I use the 14" when storing my C7

I've been storing toy cars for three decades plus. I have never had an issue with flat spotting. I just park the cars on concrete.

Race Ramps offers Flatstoppers in three widths, 10", 14", and 16". 14" referred to the width.

I think mine are 14"

Lots of things are a waste of money, BTW. In fact one could be said owning a Corvette is a waste of money.

While I'm normally a fan of things that are more "do-it-yourself" than not; putting the wheels on carpet, pumping them up, etc are not the same. Flat stoppers allow you to be lazy, they just work.

Also the cost is negligible. $150 or whatever. OK, so if I keep them 15 years that $10 a year. If I keep them 30 years it's $5 a year. That's a nothing cost. They don't degrade or deteriorate.

I have my flatstoppers stored away with my left handed pipe wrench.

If anything is going to flat-spot, it's going to be this at 42,000 lbs on 8 tires. Even though it sometimes sits for extended periods, I've never had an issue with flat-spotting in the 4 years I've owned it, and never on a car. At one point, I had about 5 classic cars sitting for extended periods.

I bought mine on Amazon and they are 14" wide. I have a Stingray, with the Z51 option -you can see them under my Corvette tires.
A lot of people said not to bother because they have had cars in winter storage for years and never had a problem -me either on my old radial tires. I just figured these tires are a little more fussy and expensive -never had a tire I had to worry about freezing either LOL.
