Wheel cap size?

I had the same problem with my CTS-V wheels. I found center caps that fit on ebay for only $14 a set. They came from Europe so it took two weeks to get them. I ordered the 66-68mm set which fits the best. See link below:

Then I set off to find a custom, domed decal to fit. These come from 3Dcarsticker. This company is out of the Ukraine. Now that I had the center caps I could measure the face to ensure the decal would fit. It's 66mm with a little lip around it to center the decal. These took 18 days to arrive and $18 a set. You send them the background and logo you want and they send you a proof to approve. See link below:
