Installed my AccentGlow LED cupholders
Did the install for my red, LED cupholder lights yesterday. Installed mine on an On / Off switch which I located under the driver's side dashboard on a homemade bracket.
I did blue ones, in our last 2016 Stingray, this time it was RED to match the red interior.
I earlier (second day we had the new GS) installed RED LED footwell lights that are "Plug and Play".
Now I'm all PIMPED out and ready to roll...... awesome product, and they make them in a bunch of sizes, and colors !
Here's a link to the full installation step by step instructions and pics I put on DropBox:

Very nice, Strake. I installed the blue LEDs in my car with no problem. Thanks very much. My wife noticed them the first time we went for a ride in the dark. She thought they were very cool which is unusual for her as she is not really into owning a Corvette.

Thanks Randall !!! Glad your wife liked the blue footwell lights. Hopefully they still had enough "sticky" on them to use again.

Bob,
I have an agreement with the Manufacturer, as I just submitted to him this morning a step by step set of instructions, along with photos of every step and 3 different wiring choices that he will edit down and use for his potential customers.
Once I hear back from him in the next few days, I'll ask if he is OK with me posting my full set here.
On his website, the instructions are available for viewing..... for his other car offerings. As he didn't have Corvette shown, I offered to be the one to specify, spell it out, and attach tons of pics. So, I'm sure he'll be fine with it.

Looks very nice. My I ask how thick the discs are? Also, does it just go on top of the OEM cup holders?
I did a quick google search and they appear to be a bit thick. I noticed several complaints on the forums that the cup holders were not "deep" enough to secure a drink should you ever be required to hit the brakes hard. Do you feel this may pose a potential problem?

They are approx 0.300" thick. Regarding the cupholder issues not being deep enough,
My fix for that is taking 4 black felt pads that are about 1.5" diameter (the kind you put under a chair foot) and stick them at 90 degrees to each other. In other words, 4 per cupholder ( North, East, South, and West). Credit for this idea goes to FOOSH in Annapolis. I had previously used a cut down neoprene beer coozie to make a ring in there. It worked fine, but didn't look as good as the felt pads.
That grips a water bottle perfectly. The felt pads are about a 1/4" thick and stick to the vertical wall of the cupholders.

Give me a couple of days, as I haven't installed these new felt pads yet.

Looks good. The ambient lighting option was/is a popular packing for the Mustang. I'm surprised that something similar is not available as a stand alone option for the Vette, although I seldom used it with my previous GT500s, but nice nonetheless.

So the manufacturer was pleased with the instructions and pics I provided to him. He's good with me posting the step by step info here, but when I went to the Sticky section of C7 section, for How To DIY projects, etc I found the thread is CLOSED.
I've pinged one of the moderators to ask where to post this. It's a total of 30 pages long including the inserted pics.
If you want to send me a PM with your email address, I can send you a .pdf but I thought it might be more helpful if I can post it here in the appropriate location.
