I ordered a GS 2 weeks ago from a forum dealer. For the last 3 weeks they have said they only have allocation for Z06. Does GM really give allocation by model? Two other forum dealers said they do have allocation so I don't understand why one of the top 3 forum dealers would have an allocation problem. Does this sound right? How long do people normally wait for allocation from one of the big 3?

Z06s are considered a separate allocation group than the one for Stingrays / Grand Sports. It's entirely possible to have Z06 allocation and not Stingray / Grand Sport allocation.
