Had my new C7 for just over a month and still couldn't get into my driveway without scraping the underside of my front bumper. The noise killed me every time. Checked to see what was scraping, and sure enough, it was the paint on my bumper. I imagined if I continued that for long, I'd have to replace the bumper, so I looked online to see how much that would cost. Like $1000 not including install! I found a lot of interesting solutions on this forum and the inter-webs, but I wanted something that didn't affect the appearance of my beautiful new baby. On Corvettes Online I finally found the attached article about ProteKt skid plates. Just wanted to share because I can't be the only one having this problem, but I didn't find this info on my new favorite, Corvette Forum. My brother-in-law was able to easily install them and now no more worries. Very happy with my 1st modification, even if it's not flashy.
This is pretty cool. I know a couple companies came out with something to protect the C6 front bumper but they always looked super aftermarket and noticeable...this is well done.

Yea, in my opinion it is way better than those little wheel things! To be honest, I think it looks like a factory part.
Keep in mind that anything you attach to the bottom of the nose just makes it that much lower and more likely to scrape.
I put the Stage 1 splitter on mine, and it still has a full 6 inches of clearance at the center, which is a huge amount for a Corvette.
The C7 nose tilts upward and should give plenty of clearance, even for most city streets if you are the least bit careful at all.
Just pull in at an angle. Curbless driveway technology seems to be something they haven't figured out yet in KY, so I have to drive over a curb to get from the street into my driveway. Angling makes it not an issue, and I'm fully lowered on stock bolts.
My 16 Z51 has much more clearance under the front grill area than my previous C5 did. Several driveways that were once a problem for my C5 are of no consequence to my C7, nice product though I have no need for it.

That was my thinking as well, although I think the hashtag is unnecessary and somewhat offensive.
And is it really the front bumper that's scraping, or the air dam?
Thanks for coming to my defense
I checked before I did anything and I was clearly scraping the paint off the underside of the bumper. I daily my car to the hospital and deal with speed bumps, a steep driveway, late nights and early mornings. I really tried to be careful, but continued to occasionally scrape. I cherish this car and if I didn't do something about it I felt I could have jeopardized the bumper, I don't care as much about the air dam.
Now when it scrapes, it's not scraping my car and I am not scraping more often
