I bought some based on the other thread since the cost is negligible if I decided not to keep it. Haven't gotten around to putting any in yet though.

What made you decide to do the driver and passenger doors different?

I believe the door lines are different between the 2.

i think the blue tape was meant to protect the paint from an accidental scratch as he upgraded the rear quarter vents to a Z06 vents.

not for racing stripes.

And thanks for the pep talk a couple weeks ago to get me motivated to do this ZorenZ51. You were right, not as hard as I made it out to be, just scary when you play with panels and body lines.

Order caliper paint from G2, went with Laguna Seca blue tint, so it's still a corvette color.

Default C7 Carbon

Swapped out the factory base aero bits on our new 2017 Grand Sport convertible for exposed carbon fiber front splitter and side skirts all from C7 Carbon. Less than 1/2 the cost of the GM CFV $3995 option!

I kept the Stage 1 rear spoiler as I think it looks better on convertible models.

Installed PowerStop Z26 pads on my GS. Easy, but not much clearance to hammer-tap the pins back-in on the rear calipers....not much swing room between the caliper back and the brake duct.

Well not really but kinda. I'm in Canada and get special pricing because I'm in the car industry and I bought the rears off my partner who had them on his '14 BMW for a season, in total I spent 1028 bucks with install. The fronts I paid 742 total plus tax and tire tax.

received a package from Phoenix Graphix a sticker for the roof and the halo section.

http://www.phoenixgraphix.com/gm/14c7rd.php

As i've been looking for over 3 months for transparent roof or CF with white sides.

Soon to be installed also Awaiting the Corvetmoods shipments it's taking for ever to be ready over two months now.

I'm planning to install all parts together.

Had my 2nd and final free oil change. Man, I love the perceived smoothness after an oil change. I'll have to start doing them myself from now on.
