Amazon is your friend. Assuming you are talking a corvette and assuming the dog will ride in the cargo area you will need to design your own.
If this is the plan you need to really secure any luggage. Then you need a harness for the dog and I'd use 2 double ended leash type adjustable leashes, hooks at both ends. Take the leashes and hook them into the luggage tie downs and both into the dogs harness. The harness is important but securing the harness into the car is way more important.
But key to securing the pup back there is isolating any other items. Does no good if the dog is secure but other stuff flys around.

Make sure you purchase one that will not choke him when you have to make those sudden stops. It's best not to get a collar type as that will crush the esophagus. Chest harnesses are better.
Lucky Pup! I'd suggest the seatbelt type that snaps into the seat belt itself in the middle and some type of second one that can be hooked to the right side of the seat. I like the idea of 2 leads hooked into the harness one from the right and one front the left to keep him in place. I dont know this but assume 15 lbs does not trigger the passenger airbags? Need them to be deactivated.

I bought two leads and had the same idea about one on the left and right.
I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
