Default Interior plastics

Compared to the interior plastics of my C6 Grand Sport the plastic trim around the doors, trunk area, and seat bolt covers seems to scratch and gouge very easily. My C6 trunk area was almost completely carpeted so scuffs weren't an issue. Do the 3LT C7s have a fully carpeted trunk? What are folks doing to protect these areas?

I'm not seeing scratching as an issue in my 2LT.

I keep plastics and leather treated with "clean and shine" from shine supply that seems to slow it down a good bit. Plus it has a uv inhibitior that helps with fading as well as a deep rich NON greasy finish. Better than new!!!!

I am assuming I can purchase these trim pieces now and keep them stored in a box to replace when the originals get too ratty.

I purchased my 2016 z51 3lt used, and there were several scratches and gouges behind the seat where the seat belt hit when taking it off. I will be more careful than the last guy

They should be at least flocked to hide wear and give the panels some softness to the touch.

The trunk isn't fully carpeted. I haven't had any real issue with the panels other than when I removed them to install my harness bar. It was easy to break the mounting clips off the backs.
