Wish I could help you. Personally I like yellow, but if you don't or are hesitant I say move to another. You will never be happy with the car, and life's to short to drive one that's the wrong color for you.

Having once owned a yellow car I most likely never buy one again. But, yellow is one of the colors that really shows the lines & creases on the C7 and it looks great. I've seen several combos including the ones shown on this thread. The one I personally liked the most was a GS with yellow calipers, stock grey wheels, grey interior and silver stripes. I wish I had taken pictures of it but I didn't have my phone or camera. The silver stripes really looked good with the yellow & tied it all together with the wheels & interior. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I like yellow, but it's not for everyone. I traded a very nice yellow 2014 Camaro 1LE for my Corvette (black). All 1LEs have a black matte hood and mine also had a black, wide rear stripe on the trunk lid, black spoiler, and tinted windows. Bowties were black and it had black wheels. So for me the yellow wasn't overwhelming because of the black accents. And it looked really nice and stood out, but it's truly a color you won't hide in. You have to really love it or you won't be happy.

If gm would make more loud colors, they would sell more cars period. All the colors they make are not for the young who they should be going after to keep the corvette alive, but they will paint in old fart green, ugly black rose, and all the other bland colors they paint them in. Yellow is a no brainer, it should be on a sports car, red and black are a must but come on gm, open the swatch book up and paint some wild vettes, if they don't produce more colors in the new paint plant, what's the point in building a new plant??

I am a fan of yellow and red, as long as they are on a car that is worthy of them . . . and the C7 certainly qualifies. [Not a fan of a bright yellow F150, for example.]

Gonna take something significant for me to ever not own a Yellow Corvette. But if you don't love the color then don't buy it, wait for another deal.

Yellow is not as desirable as it once was imo. That said I did see a nice Yellow C7 with black wheels that looked pretty cool. The ones in Chrome wheels look very tacky imo!

It's nice to see a splash of color every once in a while. I do a 2-hour freeway commute everyday and I've noticed a lack of color on cars nowadays -- mostly whites, grays, blacks and shades in between. Not like the 70s where colors like Plum Crazy, Grabber Orange and Hulla Blue ruled.

I do, biased in my opinion. Had other colors previosly. Can't go wrong imo with color it's a corvette. However as others have said if you are on the fence about it and need to be sold on it don't do it.

I had such a hard time deciding between Velocity Yellow and Torch Red. Went back and forth a hundred times. I absolutely love both of these colors on the C7. I wound up going with the VY and absolutely love this color. IMO a sports car like the C7 should be bright and flashy and not bland and boring.
