Default Brake pad identification

I have a set of brake pads that are in a Z51 set of calipers and I'm not sure of their history. They may be originals or someone may have changed them along the way. The markings in the front pads are DEL-414-FF. There is also a 020115Q on them. Can anyone identify these. I tried Google with no help. Maybe DEL is for Delco meaning they are OEM.?
Any help is appreciated.

those do not sound like original to me. The factory pads on my 2015 Z51 say BREMBO on them, and the fronts have a number that starts with 0787... rest is rubbed off. The rears also say BREMBO and have 07.B967.13 on them, as well as FFA and 188 markings.

Key thing is that they all have the BREMBO wording and logo on each pad.

Thanks. These look like ceramic pads and are in very good condition. Just don't want to use them and find they are some sort of track pads.
