Does anyone have a picture of their car with the stage 3 splitter attatched without any skirts. I cannot seem to find any photos. I got a sweet deal on a cf splitter and am waiting find a steal on the skirts. Just debating putting the splitter on or waiting until i get the skirts.
No matter which front splitter you have, I would leave the side skirts off anyway. Non-functional on the street and don't really look that good. I think a lot of people add them just to avoid a few rock chips.
Grab it, install it and get your skirts when you can. But.....GET THE SKIRTS.
Side skirts ARE functional on the street. They keep your rocker panels from getting messed up. I can't tell you how many times I've had to clean off rockers because I either ran thru newly paved asphalt and got black crap spray on the rockers or white junk that who-knows-what from Summer street repairs.
Oh I plan on getting them! I had put them on my stingray in carbon flash, but when I moved to the Z, I wanted to go carbon fiber. I was just curious if it would look funny have the aero on the front but not the sides, to top it off I will be putting the stage 3 spoiler on the rear as well which is sitting in the basement next to the splitter...

Aside from protecting the rockers, some of us actually like the look of the skirts. IMO I feel the car looks like it's missing something when there are no skirts. Just my opinion though.

My C5 had more than a 'few' rock chips on the rocker panels. I'm hoping side skirts (and some wrap) solve that.
