My C5 could hold two sets of clubs with room to spare in the back. Doesn't look like the C7 will be able to. Any tips or tricks you have picked up on how to pack your clubs?
In my coupe I can easily get two cart sized (9.5" or 10"") or smaller carry sized bags in the back without taking out the drivers, plus 2 shoe bags and two smaller (21"x10") duffel bags. The fist bag goes in at the far rear in a side to side position and then the second bag goes in with the clubheads next to the clubheads of the first bag with the bottom of the bag at an angle toward the front opposite corner of the interior; you then add in the shoe bags and duffel bags.
The ability to put two sets of golf gear in a Corvette (C5, C6 & C7) is the primary reason I own a Corvette instead of some other performance car - if they didn't fit and a I couldn't use the car for weekend golf club trips, I'd probably be driving some other performance car that could.
Two sets of clubs will fit in the back. I have done it a few times. The size of the bags and length of your metal woods will determine how to fit them in the back.
C7 is a tighter fit than earlier Vettes, but the first one goes behind the wheel wells and the second fits diagonally with the bottom of the bag behind the passenger seat. Gonna happen tomorrow morning!
i heard once that it is a corvette design requirement that two sets of clubs fit in the trunk. makes sense to me, and have done it many times with the convertible partition in place in my c6.

No problem here -- I only need one club at the course I go to although there are times, like when trying to get the ball though the windmill or clown's mouth, that a second club would come in handy.
