Got one about two weeks ago from a different research company - thing was about 8 pages long. If they want me to fill something like that out, there had better be some compensation involved.
I think you meant Maritz. They handle customer service and satisfaction for GM. I dealt with them on the dealership level for years. Usually it's an email but they send hard copy if email is not on file or bounces. At least that was the protocol a few years ago.
