Default New guy with new 2017 GS

New to the group with my first Corvette! A 2017 Grand Sport in Watkins Glen Gray Metalic. It is an M7 2LT with Carbon fiber roof and dash. Was a "used" purchase with 2700 miles. Has many of the best options but not PDR unfortunately. Figure I can find an aftermarket solution. I am coming from a 997.1 Porsche Carrera.

Excited to finally have my dream car! Look forward to collaborating with this great community on all things Corvette.

I have the PDR on my 2017 Stingray Convertible. I tested the unit, checked out good. I have not really used it except for the test. Probably this summer when club events dictate. It came with the navigation unit, wouldn't have purchased it as a stand alone option. It is unique and very high tech.

Congrats. Would love to hear your thoughts on the GS vs the 911 as you spend more time with the Vette.

Congrats on the Car.

Check out an AIM Solo DL and SmartyCam. Plugs into the OBD2 Port, has access to data channels, and the overlay is done in real time with the attached SmartyCam.

Beautiful car and nice pics. I like the way it's displayed on a carousel like it's at an auto show, makes it seem even more special. I suggest you get some skirts on there if it doesn't have any Expel already. Welcome to the club

Welcome to the GS Club!

I had my choice down to Watkins Glen Gray and Admiral Blue, both with red hashes. I went with AB but both colors look awesome.

I haven't had a chance to use my PDR. I did Charity Laps at VIR Friday and forgot my damn SD card. Doh!
