Build sheet question

Does anyone know what the numbers at the very bottom of the build sheet signify? There are spaces 1 thru 10 and there are numbers next to 1, 6, and 10. The rest are blank. Thanks.

I found a build sheet online, at least I think it's a build sheet. I don't remember 100%.

I don't really see what you're describing, of course this may not be a build sheet either.

Here's the build sheet in question. It's the three and four digit numbers after 1, 6 and 10 at the bottom. I'd like to know what they signify. Thanks.
