How do you disconnect C7 battery

don't worry about the second screw release the first screw and using a screw driver pry the clamp part open and remove.

Q1) Negative is a battery disconnect.
Q2) The negative side should disconnect before you take off the positive.

Bringing this to the top. Searched and found this. I have a tender, not looking for "get a tender" replies, not asking for storage purposes. My battery has to be disconnected for a while. Car is stored and I'm swapping to comp seats, so was told to disconnect both negative and postive before pulling seats (airbag reasons). No problem, 10 mil wrench did the trick. The positive connection is odd though, bolted to a metal sheet that runs across the top of battery. Had to bend it slightly to keep away from the terminal after loosening bolt. A few larger bolts also (looked like 12 mils) on top of the battery keeping the said metal sheet looking thing down. So question is, what is the proper way of disconnecting the positive cable? just loosen bolt and bend thin sheet metal thing up? thanks
EDIT: Sorry, all set. I swapped devices. I could not open Elmer's link posted above earlier, I can with my IPhone now. Thanks Elmer (and Jerry), this answers my question
