March is such a cruel month in the north, one day it can be almost as warm as summer, the next day it's back to winter. We don't have any snow up here but the next week is going to be colder than we've seen all winter long. Brutal.
Glad you were able to get out and enjoy your car for a couple days before the weather changed. I know everyone hates snow, but I dig the fat flakes. Great picture!
When I see stuff like this I realize how good it is to live in San Diego...
yep its tough with those 350 days a year of perfect weather... I worked for a company based there for 6 years...so lots of trips to your paradise...I even made it to Over the Line Championship one year what a blast
Feeling the OP's pain. Roads bare and essentially clean right now but heavy snow possible in a few days. I'm ready to come out of storage now! Looks like an extended winter now.

You do have consistent great weather for sure in Sunny Diego. But the one thing that I do like is the feeling of excitement that we get in the north when the weather begins to break. It's funny. Get a little sun and 50s and people break out shorts and tees. In mid summer that would feel so COLD. Hard to explain unless you experience it.
March snowstorms can often come out of nowhere without any warning other than a few hours in advance though. Good example that I remember is when I got married in March 2000, the week leading up to my wedding the weather was in the low 70s. But the day of my wedding, without any mention of it in the forecast, we ended up getting a half a foot of snow (this was my first wife, who I divorced from so maybe that storm was a warning of things to come!)
My brother from another mother, where do you get your forecasts from? For the sake of you and your family, please try these links before you head out on your next wagon train. They may save your lives.
Own my Current '15 Z51 for 30 months now and 15 have been spent in winter storage. Yes, there have been a few warm days but the roads and potholes are bad and not worth ruining rims and tires.
White roads here in Minnesota, but it's salt residue rather than snow. Snow forecast for the weekend. My C7 is my first hibernating car. I find it pretty annoying!
Yes, OP, that weather, as they say, is a "bummer" !!
On the other hand most of the winter is behind you now, it won't be long.
When you get to be an old f*rt like me you can be a snowbird and spend you winters in the sunny south. Only problem with that is some days I'm sore and stiff enough that getting in and out of the beast becomes an issue..... always something
Oh, and by the way , they REALLY have done dozens

Reason: added smart assed remark
And that is why I will never live north of the Mason Dixon line
In OKC, Bradford Pear trees were blooming, some flowers were starting to grow, and Bermuda grass was starting to grow three weeks ago. The Redbud trees bloomed this week. The joys of living in the south......
