C7 chrome wheels
Is there a silver paint that will match the inner wheel of the chrome wheels? Dealer scratched all of them removing wheel weights when balancing new tires. This is a 2015 but I think each year would be the same.

I remember Not So Fast saying that on his C6, Rustoleum Metallic Brilliant Metal Finish matched very well and was easy to touch up. I don't know if the C7 is the same silver as the C6. Might be worth a try if no one offers a better option.

When dealing with the same issue on my chrome Z-51 wheels, I tried using acetone to remove the adhesive left behind by the weights. The acetone in fact removed the adhesive along with the paint. The surface below the paint is a very fine machine surface that is chrome also. I ended up removing all the silver paint, polishing the inner surface, followed with a good coat of wax. The overall look of the wheels improved in my opinion.

i would have the dealer replace the wheels. End of story.

I had a C6 GS and the brake dust made the silver wheel barrels look terrible.
I painted the wheel barrels gloss black. The barrels were easier to clean and set the chrome off against the black barrels.
Have a Z06 on order and may do the same with the new one.
