Older valet mode software
i discovered that my '15 still has the original software load. While in valet mode you can hear audio.
I bought her her used last October.
So, any earth shattering reason to get the new software other than camera picture quality?

^^ Yeah it was mostly for a video quality fix, with the audio cya thrown in. I did see some samples of pre and post fixes, and some of them were pretty dramatic.

If you are ok with the video why bother changing. I am guessing you know the sound was removed because some legal types were complaining about recording audio without a person such as a valet parker's knowledge.
