PCV Valve

Does anyone know when to replace this and where is it located! Thanks JJJ

It's located on the driver's side front of engine. For those who installed a "Catch Can," it's part of the lower PVC hose connection barb. It unscrews.

Found nothing about when to replace! It's not listed up to the 150,000 mile service info in the Owners Manual. Service Manual just says how to do it! Note, I just raised the top cover up for the pics, may not need at all for removal.

Pic from my "Catch Can" install PDF. Hoses shown are for it. Service Manual says to remove upper plastic cover. It was easier to just wedge it up in the front as I did for my "Catch Can" install.

Showed where it is-anyone know when it is suggested to replace?

With the several ounces of "stuff" I collect every few thousand miles in my catch can it must get clogged or have reduced flow over time!

Have not seen this issue raised in 3 1/2+ years of ownership of my Z51!
