After some wrangling with the logistics company, my 2014 Laguna Blue (3LT/Z51/Premier Edition) arrived last night in Georgia after a long trip from Minnesota. Amidst grumpy stares from a neighbor or two she was successfully unloaded. Found one little paint chip from the move so that wasn't bad. Southern Lady and I took her out for a quick spin and a fill up but we had to be up by 5am and couldn't spend enough time.
Drove her in this morning and I just keep thinking it is so different from the dearly departed C6 I need high school drivers ed! Honestly, this will take some getting used to and I should have factored that in before I drove it in traffic this morning. Nothing went wrong but I will admit a couple of times I was thinking: I need a pilot's license to drive this thing!
So, this weekend I plan to get her cleaned up from her trip and sit in the driveway with the manual for a bit. We will take her for a long drive and play around with everything. Until then, I am not going to say I love her (well I do but I'm not saying it yet).
And yes, before somebody posts it, this thread is useless without pictures.

Congratulations on getting your C7. I'm hoping that you have a chance to share pics of it with us soon. I loved by C6 too. In fact I owned it for 10 years, but having my C7 for less than a month now, it's clear that this new generation is heads-and-shoulders above my beloved C6. Believe me, you're going to love yours more and more as you add miles to it.
I definitely agree this is light years from my C6! As expected, the more time I have to play with it and drive it the better it's getting.
The Nav is still puzzling me a bit. Primarily that is around saving addresses in the vehicle contacts. If I can't resolve it I will start a thread on my problem. It's likely user error so I'm just leaving it there for now.
The configurable center of the instrument cluster is interesting. It doesn't act like I thought it would but I've got it figured out.
If I can get through my wife's list, I'm headed for a North Georgia mountain drive.
