With the vendors gone the museum can focus on the important stuff.

Looks great. I think it was parked in the prep area during the Bash.

Is that the one they were using for overflow seating, and storing some of their tools on?

Just kidding, I saw it too and it is stunning! You'll love it.

OK all of you people who saw my car at the bash before me are making me jealous! Looks great to me in the video cam feed so I can only imagine it in person.

Can't believe it is actually happening. Everything is set up. The current plan is to drive it to OH first to show it to my brother. The only hitch is the forecast for Thur is currently 1.5+ inches of rain and 50 degrees. I'm either going to have to adjust by a day (the drive back, not the delivery) or see how the PSS tires do in those conditions. A good test of PTM/Wet right?

^^^ Just put it in Weather Mode and you will be fine and just to reassure you, they don't melt in the rain either.

They come with wipers and a "weather mode", unless the rain is such that you can't see...ride on! Don't let anything but snow and ice stop you from enjoying your new ride.

Yep, that is the one. There were some deep scrapes in the clear coat left by the tool boxes, so the class was shown how to remove them with the "dry sandpaper rub method". Like it never even happened!!

Colorado, we are totally kidding ya here. Congrats on the new Vette. I saw it Friday and it's standing tall!

I know! I need to pack and somehow I keep finding myself back, staring at that silly delivery cam.

Oh and I wasn't worried about the rain--more the rain coupled with the "< 50 degrees" thing. I'm sure it will be fine though.

You'll be fine, so will the car!

Just remember that when it rains on your car it gives you a good reason to wipe her down.

Congrats, that's a sweet looking ride! I drove mine home 2000 miles in the rain from the museum, no problem. Wait til you get behind your first big rig on the interstate when it's raining, then it'll be broken in!

I've been passing the time before my flight just watching the delivery cam. Most people just walk right by and don't even look. I guess at the museum it is just one more white Corvette.

I pick up mine on Thursday. Not getting much work done here at the office, toggling between webcams and the forum...

Don't worry about packing clean underwear; you will need that room in your luggage for clean towels for the trip back home. No one can see your dirty underwear but they sure can see your dirty Corvette.

Drive it in the Weather mode. After you have seen that mode work in the Ron Fellows school you won't drive it in any other mode with wet roads
