I've owned a bunch of pricey *** cars, but I don't think a manufacturer every surprised me as pleasantly as when this beautiful Stingray poster arrived unannounced from GM yesterday welcoming me to the Stingray family.
Classy move by Chevy and GM, I appreciate that.

Got the call from Mary Barra exec secretary yesterday and this was one of the issues I have with them. Why does my friend who bought the same car as i..different color exact same msrp car from same dealer get this 6 mos ago and I still have not received one? He has received the original amd then a reprint because there was a misprint.
i swear this company I wish I had another option I would be done. I can't afford a hi price European car. But I'm getting close!
I own 3 2016 GM vehicles one being a 100k corvette!

Sounds like you can afford most of them.
Not for nothing but my Corvette had an MSRP of nearly $71K, and even factoring say $9K in aggressive dealer discounting, $62K net before taxes will buy you plenty of higher zoot Euro sleds including pretty pricey and very well equipped E Class MBs and 5 Series BMWs.
Sadly, Porsche prices are higher still, a Cayman S equipped comparably to my C7 stickers @ about $80K (or more) and dealers discount the car maybe $5K, so the net selling price is like $12K more than I paid for the Corvette. The C7 was pricey enough for me. I liked the Cayman S and at an even price I might have considered it, I'd never consider a slower base Cayman. The Caymans are great cars, but that LT1 C7 motor kind of rules.

Yep, Mine came in about a week ago. When I bought my 2016 coupe I did not get a poster, But I did get a nice book about the history of corvette leading up to the C-7. I did let that go when I traded for my 2017. I keep a book on everything that goes with the car. So I let the book go with the 2016 coupe.
I got some kind of little booklet and some other offers, I was also more impressed with the box and packaging that the actual contents. I don't forsee using the driver training but it was a nice jesture.
After seeing this thread and being in their neighborhood this morning, I decided to drop in to my friendly neighborhood Corvette dealer where I bought my car and asked about the swag GM owes me.
They said they had never heard of it before (I'm shocked!).
The manager left yesterday for Cabo and was unavailable (no joke), but the kid promised me he would call me after he calls Detroit for info.
Needless to say, I'm not holding me breath.
BTW, this dealer has 6 new Vettes on his lot...it isn't like they don't know what a Corvette is.
We got our GS in Nov, and received our poster about 3-4 weeks ago. Our GS is AB, and the poster had AB cars on it - kind of nice. We also liked the poster because we have a chromie too, and so it covered both of our vettes.
