Corvettes have had paint problems since 1953. Your dealer probably did you a favor, they usually make your problem worse. Take your car to a local paint shop that does work on expensive cars and have it taken care of. They will probably find more paint problems. Your problem might be buffed out and life is good. Enjoy your car, almost all C-7's have paint problems if you look at them closely.
