Recently got my car back after having calipers disassembled, powder coated, and rebuilt. Now the calipers are leaking enough to see residue with specifically the front left side dripping (per the pic).
I trust the shop shop who did the work but unfortunately now the powder coating/rebuild process needs to be redone. The shop is very busy with a number of exotics and they have never encountered such a problem. The concern is why this happened so we are not in the same situation again. The only thing unusual during the process was that the nipples needed to be replaced because they were corroded and one broke in the initial modification process.
The nuts were checked and all were noted to be tight thereby excluding "looseness" as a culprit.
I have never seen brake fluid show up as a white residue.
Is it white because it removed paint? Is it still wet, or dry?
Have you already tried cleaning it off good, and seeing if it comes back?
Are you sure something didn't just get splashed onto the caliper? Tire dressing, wax, .... ?

hoki, I'm not discounting your description, but something looks odd. I've never seen a leak that would splash up to the top of a caliper like that. And, as TEXHAWK said I haven't ever seen brake fluid bleed out white. Could the shop have screwed something up putting them back together? I'm sure they are very reliable, but things happen. We're all human after all. Good luck.
Brake fluid is incredibly corrosive to paint. When they bled the calipers, they left the excess fluid on the paint and it caused discoloration on your newly detailed calipers. Always be very careful with brake fluid near paint.
