How did that cost $29,000? Looks like fender bumper mirror and paint.

I've been through the entire track insurance process with Lockton, here is how it goes....
You pick the cost you want to insure, in my case I picked $33k i think (2007 mustang with lots of mods)
I paid about $250, which covered me for 2 days on the track
After the accident, got the car home with AAA
Called Lockton Monday morning and they set me up with a local estimator
I do all my own work and told the estimator I would prefer to keep it that way
Made a list on excel after pulling the car apart myself
Went on-line and found the most expensive price i could find and copied the links to my excel list
Put the excel list on a thumb drive
estimator came out, took pictures and took my thumb drive
Came out to around $14k
They did not dispute a single item or question anything
The check i got was minus 10% ($11k)of the original amount insured, so about $3k.
I even made a supplementary claim for A/C components that were in question, they sent a check for the full amount on that
So it cost me about $3500 in total, got over $13k in checks, which in my case i made up from doing my own work. I still believe it was well well worth it!

Seems like a win win. You got paid well for your labor and the insurance company saved money in the deal too. You both played the system honestly and it all worked out.

I've had similarly positive experience with Lockton Insurance. If only my regular car insurance could be as fair, reasonable and prompt.
If I have another claim in the next three years, then, I'll likely be hanging up my helmet, anyway, and start playing golf.
