Going nuclear
on one level, on another, I like both of them for different reasons.I didn't even notice the hashmarks in the top photo - though it was glare.
Top pic shows the correct body color and lines of the car... yet the funky hairdo, gives it a more whimsical look. (To me).
The towers are darker and fuzzier, so comparatively, lack detail appearing in the bottom pick.
With the bright fore and mid ground, the towers are the implied menace, and the shiny car (knight in shining armor) is prepared to do battle

Or......
The bottom pic the car is darker but the details on the cooling tower are more apparent, as well as the flower pop, but you lose detail on the car.
Which isn't necessarily bad, in that it makes the car seem more menacing, especially without the hairdo. Or as equally menacing as the towers...
Presume you are playing with filters? (given the top of the cooling towers are in the same place relative to the top of the frame...) and the hairdo is gone....
Meltdown threat, threat of the car, happy/bright caught in between...
Depends on the message you want to convey.
On the other hand, I'm known for marching to a different drum...

Took out the bushy roof as well as the one that was over the rear spoiler and I also cleaned the windshield of all the bug debris (that was driving me nuts in that photo).
Also tried to keep the Tension Blue stripes more than the previous version which had lost a bit of saturation.
