I just wanted to publicly thank Mike Furman for his love, appreciation, representation, and dedication to all things Corvette. Whether I have a question or need information, Mike Furman is the guy I turn to.
Many times I have seen his name on this Forum helping people, and more than once I have asked information and been helped by him when my local dealers let me down even after I bought vehicles from them.
THANK YOU MIKE FURMAN
Looks like he promotes himself enough on Sunday's with his Mike you're the greatest letters. Did you know he's sold over 4000 vettes? Doesn't really need any more promoting I'm my opinion. But whatever, now where's my pills.
Mike is always willing to help another Corvette enthusiast whether or not they're his customer. As busy as he is, he always finds time to respond to questions, requests for information, etc. I'm a Corvette seller (on the west coast) myself and have gone to Mike a number of times looking for help on this or that. He has always responded quickly and with the information I needed. He helps out of friendship, not because he's trying to sell something. Those who know Mike know that he's a first-rate guy and that his success is no coincidence.
I have an experience with Mike Furman I’d like to share: In late March, I had to make a decision what my next car was going to be, and was torn between a GS and the upcoming 2018 Audi TT RS (scheduled to arrive this summer.) At the time, Audi had not released any info or pricing yet, so I knew nothing about the TT RS. Further, I was hesitant to order a 2017 GS fearing that when the details/changes/pricing about the new 2018 Vettes were released at the NCM Bash in late April, I would regret having not waited to order a 2018 GS.
Anyway, I was in limbo…until Mike Furman came to the rescue. Mike offered to order a 2017 GS, equipped exactly the way I wanted, with his typical great discount…and best of all, no deposit and no obligation to accept the car when it arrived.
What a relief…now I could have the time to wait for Audi to release details about the TT RS. And, I could also wait until the Bash to see what the changes/pricing was going to be for the 2018 GS. And at the same time, if I did conclude I wanted a 2017 GS, I would have my exact car available from Mike around the middle of May.
Bottom line: A big thanks to Mike Furman for his generosity in helping me out. His reputation in the Corvette community is obviously well deserved!

Just a little ray of sunshine today aren't ya my friend.

dealt with him once - was very avg IMO.Kinda arrogant but he was ok - not bad just ok. His finance guy is a tool and very typical east coast car dealership type. Couldn't touch my local rate but wouldn't let me buy without trying - then wouldn't honor their internet price. GM said he would make it right - did nothing - so MY experience wasn't all that good. Ultimately I bought elsewhere with a guy that worked with me better and i decided not to finance. So sharing my experience - its not always roses.
