I purchased two Corvette Sunvisor Label covers through Amazon and two Victory Wing Stingray crossed flag emblem badge nameplates, also through Amazon. I'm guessing these nameplates are the same ones on a Grand Sport. If not, I'm sure there's something similar for the GS. Looks great.

Why cover a sticker with a sticker? Warm them with a blow dryer and peel them off. I peeled mine off and you cant even tell they were ever there.

I just leave them as is no big deal, certainly not worth covering with another sticker or Corvette logo.

I tired. They did indeed peel right off but left a lot of glue stains behind. I removed them within a week of picking up the car at the museum. I tried Goo Gone but it barely removed any of the glue.

I ordered plain black fabric stickers to cover the glue stains but if you have ancient glue removing secrets, I'm all ears.

Rumor has it that the stickers and the glue come off the 3LT Alacantra easier than 1LT/2LT fabric (like mine)

My visor was ruined when I tried to remove the sticker from my suede visor - I cover them with stickers but I can see the texture underneath isn't perfect - not worth over $100 to replace the visor but it bugs me not being perfect

I had no issues removing mine from the suede. Almost no glue stain. I peeled it at a 180 degree angle. I am not sure what you did.

To remove any glue residue, keep heating and use a stiff brush. My stickers are gone. You can't tell there was ever anything there. Entire process took about 1/2 hour.

If people here would not mention the warning labels, I wouldn't even think/see them.

I think it's a crap shoot if you can pull the stickers off without damaging the suede. I'm in the same boat as Vonfido, the stickers have bonded with the suede material and no amount of heat or chemicals will allow you to peel it off without peeling off the suede too. I'm sure it's a function of time and temperature and since the part is made outside of the car production in BG who knows how 'fresh' your visor is and if you can pull it off easily. I'm sure if you order replacements it is even more likely that the label has bonded with the suede since parts in warehouses tend to 'age' for some time. Really sucks. I ordered suede covers from the Vette lady who sells them on Amazon.

Has anyone tried using the 3M spray adhesive remover #08987? I use it whenever I remove stickers from my paint or from my windshield. I spray the adhesive then wipe it off with a clean rag. The can says for use on paint, glass, and vinyl. Just curious if someone has tried it.
