Remember to drop it into Tour mode to soften the suspension as soon as you cross into MI on I75. That first 10 mile stretch might eat chunks of your rims in Track mode
That stretch of I 75 is truly terrible, amazing how bad Michigan roads are compared to some of the states around us.....
Grats! Since it is your first one, just go ahead and put a small scratch in the paint somewhere inconspicuous. This way you won't be rolling around town all puckered up worrying about someone else putting the first blemish on it
I was so paranoid leaving Kerbeck, then it started to rain sideways for almost 2 hours, then I get to Philly during rush hour and almost got rear ended! Thankfully today was a great drive, and I have to say Rt 30 running West from Breezewood, PA Westbound to Latrobe is a fantastic 2 lane mountain road.
Great looking color combination. Not bad for your first Vette. Doesn't get much better. Thinking back on my first Corvette--I had to tow it to my house.
Congrats. Those seats look great with that color combination.
Thanks Dave and sorry if it was in poor form to add my first corvette experience to your post. Enjoy your GS and I hope you are having as much fun as I am.
Congrats! Now plan your first LONG summer road trip
Awesome color!
I was fortunate to pick the car up in Atlantic City and drive back to Michigan, and I made every effort to take two lane mountain roads - it was a great 750 mile drive back. Now I have to find some roads in Michigan that aren't flat and full of potholes
