I'm assuming you need a cut off switch similar to those used by racers. Some time back there was a thread about race required cut off switches and a few here posted that they've installed one.
Try searching here for shut off switches, also try Google.

I think it's for fire regulations. If you don't have a switch installed you may be allowed
to disconnect the battery cables while the vehicle is on display inside the building.
The disconnect should be to the battery, in line on the negative cable I would imagine.
