I notice that the MPG for Corvette Stingray 2017 is 3 MPG less than the 2016. What could be the reason for that? The specs show 29 HWY for 2016 and 26 MPG Hwy for the 2017 model.

Yes, the EPA changed the testing procedure for 2017 models to reflect likely fuel mileage under more real world usage conditions.
