Default Any Issue-Free C7s out there?

C7 A8 transmission issues, paint issues, convertible top issues, seat cover issues, seems everywhere you look on this forum there's issues.

Makes one wonder if there's any "Issue-Free" C7s out there?

Let us know if you have one!

There are plenty. People tend to go to forums for answers when they do have an issue. My '14 has been trouble free.

Mine is a year old and perfect. Not one issue. As the PP said, complaints get air time, compliments don't. Not babied either.

My only issue is the fact that I don't drive it more often!

No issues with my A8 2016 Z06 but I do leave the transmission in manual mode to avoid AFM/V4 torque converter clutch issues.

I have three! Save for the recall on the reprogram on the airbag deployment issue. The best Vettes I have ever owned!

As my dad used to say:
"Bad news takes a plane, good news takes a bus"

2014 Convertible
Ordered August 2013
Delivered March 2014
15,585 miles
NO unscheduled stops.
3 recalls performed at the time of 2 oil changes (Rear shocks, airbag reflash, check fuel filler screen). Rear shocks replaced (this was a VERY limited recall, it impacted 2 weeks of 2014 production), airbag was re-flashed, fuel filler screen required NO fix). None of these recalls required the car staying overnight. The longest fix was the rear shocks at one hour. The car has had ZERO NON-RECALL issues. It has EASILY been the BEST of my 5 Corvettes owned (since 1998 model year).

Sadly, car forums (or any forums) tend to focus on the end of the world/worst thing ever scenarios. Now, if you want to talk about my 1998 or 2005....I've got enough bad tales to fill this place up ("service column lock", DBS, differential clutch plates, etc)

In my nearly three years of C7 ownership I've had a couple of minor issues but nothing worth complaining about. They've been resolved and I can honestly say this has been one of the most reliable and satisfying cars I've ever owned.

No issues. Ordered in March, rec'd 6/1. 1400 miles. 2017 7m.

Any regrets?
Yes, 2.
First one: I should have bought it years ago...
Second one: I wish I could drive it more.

Of course that's all you see, no one starts a thread to say " car is all good", lol
