I got Black Rose Tintcoat but it was my second choice - first was Long Beach Red, so yeah, I'd pick a color other than what I bought.

I actually wanted Cyber Grey, but they went and dropped that color for '15. Knuckleheads. That is a great color.

Yes. I bought mine in 6/2017. I could have paid $2500 less to get a non bold color such as white/black/gray/silver but it was worth it to me to get torch red.

Well, the 2017 wasn't available in Laguna Blue or DSOM so I couldn't pick those for my GS.

As a long time owner of a C4, one that my wife didn't like because of the difficulty in climbing out, rough ride, etc. etc. I sort of fell out of love with driving it. I wasn't keeping up with the models, either, because I never warmed up to the C5 and C6. Too rounded for my taste. I prefer an edgy look. Then one fine day in 2014 we saw a Cyber Grey C7 pulling out of a parking lot. We both stared at it thinking it was some exotic Euro car, then noticed it was a Corvette. Wifey says "You need to get one of those." So I did. Gotta love a spouse like that. Cyber Grey was out and Shark Grey was in by the time I ordered in Sept. 2014. After some ponderous moments and looking at color swatches I decided on Shark Grey and I'm glad I did. I like it much better than Cyber Grey. I've gotten many compliments on it, and many comments that it doesn't look like so many red, yellow, blue, or black Corvettes you see frequently. More unique, I'd say. Even my salesman complimented me on not buying a color "like everyone else gets" in his words. My C4 is red so I didn't want another one of those, anyway. Now don't get me wrong, all those colors are gorgeous, just not for me at this time. Oddly enough, Shark Grey turned out to be very popular with buyers.

So I did order exactly what I wanted, bought the Museum delivery option and never looked back. Since then I've modded the outside with skirts, painted splash guards, and painted poverty splitter. I think those enhanced it's look tremendously. I've added red color in places to match the red calipers and accenting the Adrenalin Red interior, giving it some accents to the Grey body.

As it was the wife, and I were never really fond of silver on the C5's and C6's so we never considered Blade Silver for our C7. That was until we saw one on a dealers lot while in Myrtle Beach, SC. The rest is history.

Yep, me....I bought Admiral Blue (which I love) but if I had to do it all over again I would choose Torch Red which was my old 2014 3LT. :-)

In June 2017, I bought my first Red Corvette C7. 2 weeks later, I love it so much that I I bought a 2nd one!!


I'm going to mod it by painting the front grille black.
