Android Auto Ok Google command
I don't have it in my 14 C7 but do in my 16 Colorado.
Things were working fine until a week ago. I've tried reinstalling the app on both mine and wife's Samsung 7 Edge and problem still persists.
Plug in both phone and screen comes up. Try the OK Google command and no response, touch the mike on screen, press to voice button on steering wheel and all works well. Unplug phones and try OK Google on phones and all works fine. Test My Link speaker and can place calls no problem.
When I reinstalled the Android app I went through the whole setup process BUT as soon as either phone is connected the OK Google command will not work. Went to Google store and uninstalled Google and did the update command still no joy
Anybody with AA having this problem?

I'm confused. The 2014 C7 doesn't support Android Auto. Did you mean you're using AA on the phone and not on the car's big screen?
What do you have set when you go into Settings "OK Google" detection?

No it is not on my C7
but it is on 15-17. So was wondering if anyone else is having the problem that I can try on my Colorado
Anyway think I found a solution and is working so far
Ok I did the above method and so far is working
When you turn off Ok GOOGLE and Trusted settings, the Driving option should turn on.
Even though I turned off OK Google it is still working on phone
