Here is our design. We used the "inside" body line, starting after the vent and following the line the length of the upside of the car.
Our goal was to accent the Grand Sport side vents that have the white then black w/red logo accent.
We used 3M Hot Rod Red which to us looked closest to the Riverside Red of the sixties and accented the interior

Actually though, it needs to be done with a bit more surface prep. It was just a quickie test for the photo.
