2017 Grand Sport with an iPhone 7 hooked up via USB cable using apple carplay.
Anyone else having a problem with phone call volume? The volume is so low im unable to hear anything the person im talking to is saying. I have the volume all the way up, and I notice it's much much lower than if im listening to music.
Maybe its just the road/tire or exhaust noise thats making it seem low?
Any help appreciated.
Like Larry/car said. You should be able to adjust it via the radio volume ****. I believe there are several different volumes all controlled by the same radio volume ****. Just adjust the volume while you are using the phone. It should change its volume over the radio.

When using CarPlay you dont have access to volume from the Phone. I have the volume on the radio turned all the way up while on the phone, still cant barely hear anything. I use the volume from the steering wheel, not the **** on the dash. Maybe ill try that next
Its funny how the stereo gets super loud, i can't even come close to putting it all the way up. But on a phone call even with the volume all the way up its quiet. Surprised nobody else has had this issue
I have the same issue. The stereo itself, when playing music, can be turned up far higher than is comfortable, but there's an upper limit to the call volume, it seems, and adjusting on the phone makes no difference as those controls seem to be disable when connected to CarPlay.
android auto here. I instructed my wife to call me, and then adjusted the phone volume while talking with her, using the steering wheel controls. it's now adjusted, every time.
