hey everyone - I searched but most posts are for cars with dry sump. I have a 2016 stingray (M7) with 3k miles and noticed a sizeable oil puddle under the car. Not tons, but definitely the appearance of a leak.
I will I'll take it to the dealer tomorrow, but I find I get better info from this forum. Has anyone experienced similar issues? Just looking to see if there is a common problem or if mine is an anomaly. if you have had an oil leak problem and can tell me what the issue was, I'd appreciate it.
yeah OP, threads like yours will help others with a starting point after repair if they should encounter it. my guess is a fitting or connection doubt it will be major like rear main blown out, they all weep a bit some more than others, everything else is not too bad to reseal.
see you're in monmouth county. there's a fantastic corvette tech at Seacoast Chevy. his name is Tommy. been working on them since a teenager, he's owned turbo C5's verts converted into coupes he's really good with anything corvette.. he's 40+ now. worked for Corvette hi-performance shops and few GM/Chevy dealers.. just an fyi. if it's major, gauge the competency level of the dealer you're at you may want to take a minute if it doesn't sit right with you... good luck.
Thanks 16/C7Z. I bought it from Circle. They're fine but I don't get the sense that they do a lot of Corvette work. I live five minutes from Sea Coast so I'll be sure to check them out. Really appreciate the tip!

service manager is Tony, good guy. if you end up there let him know Tony and Matt (TuneTimePerformance) referred you and you'd like Tommy to do whatever work needs to be done.
And if you ever need anything else at Seacoast pm me, our connect is family does right by us and holds a high position there.
(even with that still bought our C7's from Mike Furman@Criswell! he's the best lol)
