Default Starter Question?

Why is it when I start my Grand Sport in the early morning it sounds so cumbersome. Almost like you have not driven the car for a month. When the car has already been driven, it starts right up fine. The battery is fully charged, so I am pretty sure that is not the problem and I vaguely remember this on my 2012 ZO6. Is this normal(voltage at 14.2) to seem to struggle on cold warm up? Thanks for your help in advance!

Completely normal. Unless it a prolonged crank.

They hold a lot of oil. Takes awhile to wake up.

I'm leaning toward a defective battery, regardless of the "full" reading. Same exact issue on a friend's 17 ZL1 until a couple weeks ago when it refused to start. Another friend had the same issue on a 17 SS. A new battery at the dealer did the trick for both. I have a 16 z51, same setup as your GS. There are periods where I don't start it for 10-15 days without a tender (I only use the tender for winter storage). Fires right up. Keep a close eye on it, it may leave you stranded one day in the near future.
