Lost saved songs...

Lost saved songs...
I have 15 preset buttons saved on my infotainment screen.
5 for radio stations & other 10 for my favorite songs from the 2500+ USB.
Upon startup this morning, 8 of the fav songs buttons were deleted/blanked out, meaning that I will need to search for them again to save them again. The 5 radio station buttons wasn't affected.
It'll be a pain for a few minutes, but I'm more worried about the random glitches with the infotainment/computer/programming, etc...
Any ideas what's causing this glitch?

Basically, the C7 entertainment system sucks. The system in my 2016 SS was so much better. Really a shame GM won't do a mid cycle refresh on the system for what they charge for the car. It's pretty much abysmal.

With the car off then open the door to kill RAP (retained accessory power), unplug the USB stick, restart the car and after a few seconds plug the USB back in. Once in awhile something in the system doesn't initialize in time and it has issues with the USB files.
