Default Packages?

I am in the market for a 2014-15 Z51 C7. Can anyone direct me to where I can find a side by side comparison of the LT1,2 and 3?
Thank You in advance
Ted

Go to this website and scroll between the 1LT, 2 and 3 options. A few things might have changed, but not by much.

This link is 2015 specific... https://kerbeck.com/2015-corvette-st...6-information/

And I'm sure you know already, but the trim levels are actually 1LT, 2LT etc. "LT1" is the engine designation.

The trim levels are 1lt, 2lt and 3lt. LT1 and LT4 are the engines between the 460 and the 650 power plants.

I can't find a comparison online anymore, but you could start with the Corvette build site for new cars and see current specs. Some things have changed like tire sizes, and the color trim pieces for 2018; however, it will give you the basics. After viewing there, you can ask here for any details on the 2014 and 2015 trims that you have questions on and I am sure someone here can answer.

Magride is not standard on the Z51 package, but is a very worthwhile option imho if you are going to drive the car in touring mode or as a daily driver as it makes for a much smoother ride.

A quick run down is that 2lt is the sweet spot for options. It gives HUD, ventilated and heated seats, color coordinated interior trim (if you go with a color other than jet black interior) and better leather than 1lt. 3lt also give Navigation and PDR, faux suade interior trim and more color pieces on the interior trim with better leather and a lot more of it.

There are more, but that is like I said a quick rundown. Best of luck in your search!

And also review the 2018 brochure, its available online and has a table running down through the various options and gives some descriptions about the trim levels.

We had a Z51 prior to getting the Z06. Traded it mainly because of the ride. Wife didn't like how the Z51 rode, and she "talked" me into getting the Z06 with magride.

Also, for 2014 ONLY, Active Exhaust was not standard with the Z51 package. Meaning it was a separate option. 2015 and on it was included in the package.

This is a good side by side comparison for the 2017. This is the type of web page I am looking for but for the 2014-15.

Looking at the other link the other member posted for the 2015 options, it looks like a lot can change from year to year. Example:paddle shifter eliminated for the automatic from 2014 to 2015. So the 2017 may be much different than the 2014-15.

Still looking for a side by side like the one you posted but specific to 2014-15.

thanks for your reply!!

I tried to attach a Word doc from my PC. Hope it works. I can't remember the source. I didn't alter anything, I just cut and pasted from whatever source into one document so's I could see them side-by-side. 2014 only.

braveheart, the document works, but is missing the 3LT upgrade picture.

Dumbed down version:
1LT is base - though far from basic.
2LT adds HUD, Heated/vented seats, upgraded alarm system, 'interior color' console and door inserts, auto dimming mirrors, homelink, extra seat settings and position memory, noise cancelling subwoofer.
3LT (I believe) just improves the interior materials used. Dash, seating surface, window trim, headliner, etc.

Z51 package is any trim level above and adds Bigger brakes with slotted rotors, 19 and 20" wheels, eLSD, dry sump, active Dif and tranny cooling, better tires, different gearing, different shocks/springs and stabilizer bars, active exhaust (if 2015+), cargo shades included.

Optional is Mag Ride with performance traction management.

Here's some jpg's of my Word doc; if they're too small, right click each image and choose "view image", then hold the 'CTRL' key and press the " += " key:
